Request for Qualifications for horizontal directional drill under the Intracoastal Waterway

Brunswick County, NC, is seeking qualifications from contractors interested in providing construction services to perform a horizontal directional drill for a water main under the Intracoastal Waterway between St. James, NC, and Oak Island, NC.  The work will include the directional drill of either a 12-inch SDR 18 Fusible PVC or a 14-inch DIPS DR 9 HDPE water main of approximately 1,100 L.F. and all other associated activities for a complete installation.
