Charles Warren has many years of public service and currently is the representative for District 3. He is a member of the citizen league, life member of NAACP and the Fraternal Order of Police. He lives in Oak Island with his wife Deloris and their pet dog Moses. He has two adult children. Charles is a member of Mt. Carmel AME Church in Southport. Charles received a Master’s degree in Human Services with a Major in Community Psychology and Minor in Adult Mental Health, from Springfield College, Springfield, Ma., and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services Administration from New Hampshire College, Manchester, New Hampshire.
