Tom B. Rabon currently is the representative for District 4. Mr. Rabon is a life-long resident of Brunswick County, having graduated from Brunswick County public schools. He is an Air Force veteran and retired postmaster. In addition to public service, Mr. Rabon is Treasurer at New Hope Presbyterian Church and father of 3 grown children.

• Served a four-year term from 12-1992 to 12-1996, as a Brunswick County Commissioner and Vice Chairman from 1992-1993.
• Serving a four-year term from 12-2000 to 12-2004, as a Brunswick County Commissioner.
